A Culture of Reward and Recognition

Everon offers a broad range of award programs and incentives to recognize employees who exemplify our Guiding Principles, going above and beyond for our customers.

Our True North Program recognizes Customer Operations and Integrated Solutions team members who have gone above and beyond, not only meeting specific department metrics but also embodying our Guiding Principles: Customers are Our True North, One Ideal Partner, Dedicated to Commercial, and Our People are the Difference.

Our award and recognition platform, built for celebrating the big and small accomplishments

Technicians and support teams have the ability to earn more when they provide leads that turn into sales.

High-performing employees who have met certain metrics or who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and Everon cultural markers have the opportunity to attend an all-expense paid trip.

Select technicians are chosen to win district, regional, or national TopTech awards on a quarterly basis. Technicians’ leadership qualities and performance metrics are evaluated to determine each quarter’s honorees.

Everon Paid Internship and Apprenticeship Programs

We’re committed to investing in our people to build the next generation of security professionals—and our paid internship and apprenticeship programs does exactly that. These programs give young professionals an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive valuable mentorship at the start of their careers.

Taking Pride in Hiring and Retaining Veterans

We appreciate the knowledge, skills, and values that individuals with military service bring to Everon. While many companies aim to be “military friendly,” we consider ourselves military effective because our values strongly align with those of the military—and we offer veterans benefits such as tuition reimbursement and training.

As a veteran, you can continue to serve people by helping us keep them safe and secure. We appreciate the knowledge, skills and values that men and women with military service bring to Everon. Our mission is to provide the ability for these dedicated people to advance and grow in their careers with a clear path forward. To that end, we have invested heavily in career-building programs—including apprenticeships, training and development, industry certifications, and mentorships. While it is typically a five-year track, you can earn your commercial technician certification in just two years.

As a testament to our commitment to those who served in the military, Everon was recognized as a recipient of the 2022 Hire Vets Gold Medallion Award.
