Terms and Conditions of SMS

1. Program Description: Everon, LLC ("Everon") provides SMS notifications to identified representatives to receive notice of alarm events on the Customer's alarm systems monitored by Everon. This is the Everon Alarm Event Notification Program. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages from Everon at the phone number provided.

2. Message Frequency: You will receive messages when the Customer's alarm system triggers certain events, which may be at any time of day and may be up to approximately 5 times for a normal trouble event.

3. Opt-In Consent: By providing your phone number and opting into this program, you consent to receive text messages from Everon. Consent is not a condition of Everon's continued monitoring services.

4. Opt-Out Information: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" in response to any message. Once you send "STOP," you will no longer receive SMS notifications from the Everon Alarm Event Notification Program.
