1. Program Description: Everon, LLC ("Everon") provides SMS notifications to employees regarding their technician schedules, important company alerts, and emergency notifications. This is the Everon Employee Text Notification Program. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages from Everon at the phone number provided.

2. Message Frequency: You may receive up to 1 to 5 messages per day under normal circumstances, depending on your schedule and the nature of company updates.

3. Opt-In Consent: By providing your phone number and opting into this program, you consent to receive text messages from Everon. Consent is not a condition of employment.

4. Opt-Out Information: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" in response to any message. Once you send "STOP," you will no longer receive SMS notifications from the Everon Employee Text Notification Program.
