Leading security integrator welcomes experienced legal executive to oversee corporate governance, guide Everon in next phase of growth.

Gray Finney has been named its Chief Legal Officer.
Finney’s 37-year career includes extensive in-house legal experience within the integration, security, fire, and life safety industries. His broad legal expertise with industry-leading corporations includes senior-and executive-level legal leadership positions at Ryder, Tyco, Protection 1, and ADT, where he served as Chief Legal Officer & Secretary.
Finney will be responsible for the direction and management of the Everon legal team – overseeing all legal matters to ensure compliance and maintain the company’s standing as a leading integrator and premier service partner to commercial enterprises. He will also take an active role in leading all legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation, ensuring that each transaction aligns with the company’s strategic and legal objectives.
